FAQ's and policies

 Unfortunately, we do not offer any items that are gluten free, dairy free, vegan or sugar free at this time due to kitchen restrictions. If we ever do develop any items in the future that we love and fit these standards, it will be announced on our social media! 

For off-the-shelf cupcake orders, please request at least 72 hours in advance.  For custom cupcake orders, please request at least 2 weeks in advanced.  Please note if custom orders are requested within 1 week, the tasting appointment will not be scheduled and the baker will choose the flavor to deliver to the event. 

If requests are made outside of these time frames, there will be a RUSH fee of $25 added to the order. 

 Of course! If you have purchased items online or in a store that you would like included on your order, please let us know when placing your order and bring those items to us as soon as possible so we can prepare to secure them to your order the best way possible.  We can also help guide you on what the best sizes are to purchase for the size of your order.  

After a deposit is placed for cupcakes, there is a 24 hour cancellation for off the shelf cupcakes and a 72 hour cancellation policy for custom cupcakes.   Cancellations made within these time limits will receive a full refund.  

 We are aware that life is unpredictable, and in the case of an extenuating circumstance please call us and we will do our best to accommodate! 

Our custom cupcakes are made to order, small-batch cupcakes and are priced individually, starting at $40/dozen.  We require a $25/dozen deposit after the tasting and before placing your order.  The deposit will go toward the final price of the cupcakes.  

The Cupcake Cottage is strictly delivery only.  Delivery is FREE within Bristol and Plymouth Counties.  Delivery is $10 to Barnstable, Norfolk, and Suffolk counties.  The Cupcake Cottage can also meet clients for delivery.
